Jalbi Australia certainly is a genuine business! Mandy approached Kym to join her in creating this business and they both decided it was important that Mandy was the majority shareholder. Everything that Jalbi does is viewed through a cultural lens, and we are deeply committed to using our business platform to support other Aboriginal businesses, existing and emerging. Both Mandy and Kym are also planning to launch a community ‘give-back’ once they have established the business moving forward.

Is Jalbi Australia Supply Nation Registered

Jalbi Australia is Supply Nation Registered, and we are eligible to become Supply Nation Certified as a majority owned Aboriginal business once our business turnover reaches the required threshold.

Jalbi Australia created their Hand + Body Wash with a focus on our body's
sensitivity. Recognizing that our bodies are more delicate than our hands, we developed a gentle formulation that ensures your hands won't be dried out.

Shipping is $10 for Australian orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive

Jalbi Australia aims to pack and dispatch orders within 3-4 business days. Once orders leave our warehouse they can take up to 3-7 business days depending on your location. We will email you with a tracking number once parcels have left our warehouse and deliveries can be tracked online

How can I return my purchase

We will happily refund your order if you would like to return the goods for some reason. Please send the products to Suite 3, 810 Northlake Road, Cockburn Central, WA, 6964 and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs
