1. Application

This Returns Policy applies to us, Antecedent Australia Pty Ltd trading as Jalbi Australia (Australian Business Number 27 648 616 335) (we, us and our), and any of our subsidiary companies.

2. General policy

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and customer care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods we sell, being perishable food-related products, we are unable to provide refunds if you change your mind about goods purchased from us.

3. Faulty/damaged/incorrect items

If the goods you purchase from us are faulty, damaged, or not the items which you purchased, then we would be happy to provide a replacement, a refund, or a store credit, provided that:

  • you contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods; and
  • the goods:
    • are returned to us with a receipt and order number within 30 days of purchase;
    • have not been used;
    • are in their original condition, including with packaging; and
    • have not expired or are within 3 days of expiry.

4. How do I return and/or exchange something?

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items can be returned to us via post. We will reimburse you for any reasonable postage or shipping costs where you can provide us with proof of those costs.

All items must be packaged securely and posted to the address below.

We are not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us.

5. Consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
